Led by highly trained, caring instructors, Gym Star Sports Center offers gymnastics classes for kids of all ages that are geared toward every ability level so every child feels like a star. We follow the USA Gymnastics progressions curriculum. For the girls program, skills are categorized by color. Red represents the introductory level, followed by orange and yellow.
After kids become proficient in gymnastic fundamentals, they go on to advanced gymnastics classes. This higher level gymnastics is divided into Bronze, Silver, and Gold with corresponding skills and routines.
Our Gym Star Sports Center (GSSC) boys program adheres to the USA Gymnastic Men's program curriculum. Beginning with Level 1, boys will learn basic skills to enable strong gymnastic progression.
Upon completion of advanced classes, your child can be assured of achieving a solid and safe gymnastics skills foundation.
As with all GSSC programs, our gymnastics classes are taught on a continuum that allows students to grow and advance at their own pace. In these gymnastics classes, our kids also learn valuable team-building skills while their level of physical fitness improves.
